1. What is your MOQ?
Specifically, it is according to each product package, like 1kg, 25kg. But we also supply 10g or 50g sample for high value materials.

2. How about the product storage conditions?
Normally it needs dry and dark place at room temperature.

3. What is your payment?
Primarily, we support bank transfer. The payment should be transferred to our official bank account which is supervised by Chinese government. For instance, the sample payment, we can share local bank account for you.

4. Can I get Documentation for the products you sell?
You can reach out to us via email or Whatsapp message to request of MSDS or COA. In addition, we do not have COA for all the products we stock. Most significantly, MSDS documents are available for all products.

5. What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T (100% in advance or 30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Additionally, for regular clients, we support TT 45 days or 60 days. In other words, payment trem depends on the trust.
